Painting with Great Artists

Service Description

Participants Ages 12+ Time: 10:00-11:00 Instructor: Jen Capone In this middle and high school level art class, students will dive into the world of the great masters --- from Van Gogh to Picasso. Each week, we will study the techniques, styles, and influences of famous artists while creating our own interpretations of their iconic works. Students will experiment with acrylics in different styles, exploring different artistic movements and approaches. For the final project, students will create their own 18x24 painting masterpiece to hang proudly in their home. Reading Level Required --- Some reading required. Activity Level - This class will require students to focus on specific tasks and material.
